vBlankets (quilts and sleeping bags). These are given to rough sleepers via our soup-run.
vFood. We need non-perishable food; tins, pasta, rice, tea, coffee, sugar etc. These are made up into food parcels and offered to people who have somewhere to live but need support to manage as they are still adjusting to life off the streets.

Have supportive contact with over 50 people each month
Offer intensive support to 15 people each month
Create an unquantifiable number of opportunities and motivation for positive change
Well over 100 of these will become measurable changes that signify steps towards overcoming the challenges that people face
Support people to better understand themselves and the challenges that they face and build an achievable plan to overcome them
