Street based support for the unsupported
Registerd Charity Number 1088245
THANK YOU for your very kind donation, it is very much appreciated.  If you are a tax payer please fill out the gift aid form below and we will be able to claim back 25p for every pound you have donated.
Notes for Gift Aid

1. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the tax year (currently 25p for each £1 you give).  This includes tax deducted at source (e.g. on salaries and pensions).  Please note: if your income is over £5000 you are probably paying tax even if you don’t realise it!

2.  Making this declaration will not mean that you will have to pay any more tax than you do at present.  The tax we reclaim is the tax you have already paid (or will pay) on your income or capital gains.  So at no extra cost to you, your gift can be increased by 25p for each pound, making a gift of £10 worth £12.50 to Simon On The Streets.

3. You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying Simon On The Streets.

4. If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your
income and capital gains equal to the tax that we reclaim, you can cancel your declaration (see note 1).

5. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self-Assessment tax return.

6. If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief ask your local tax office for leaflet IR 65.

7. Please notify Simon On The Streets if you change your name or address.

Substance use can start as a coping mechanism.  We know that behind the issue is a person, and we aim to give them the support to access the right services
