Simon on the Streets are delighted to announce their second partner for the 5 for 5 Partnership Scheme for December – Everon. Founded in 2008, Everon look after hundreds of businesses across Yorkshire. From its Castleton Mill base in central Leeds, its team provides business IT support including a full IT management service – essentially being an organisation’s IT department, cloud services, telephony and cyber security.

In this year where Simon on the Streets big events had to be cancelled, it has meant is it even more important for the charity to become sustainable in the long-term. Simon on the streets switched to the virtual world and have been hosting monthly networking events for our corporate partners and creating a space in which they can network with each other, but also engage with Simon on the Streets by sharing ideas, and learning about how we have been working throughout the pandemic.

Simon on the Streets Business Development Manager, Fahad Khan has recently been speaking with Jamie Marshall, Director at Everon. Jamie had this to say; “As 2020 has been a tough year for everyone, we wanted to try and find a local charity to partner with and support. As our office is based in Leeds city centre we see the effects of homelessness every week in the city centre, so it’s a cause that we felt passionate about getting involved with. Having found the Simon on the Streets charity and learning more about the support they provide, we are proud to partner with them to provide support and assistance to the homeless within our local community.”

Fahad our Business Development Manager said, “We are delighted that Jamie and the team at Everon have decided to come on board as a 5 for 5 partner. They are based very close to our Leeds office and we are really looking forward to working with them to tackle homelessness in our local communities.”
