What we do

About

OUR WORK

We offer practical and emotional support to our homeless community.

We recognise that emotional support has a high-value and understand that building a quality relationship with clients will underpin any support given. This emotional support evolves over time to underpin practical support around advocacy and accessing specialist services.

Who we support

Homeless and vulnerable

Our teams in Leeds and Bradford work with individuals who are homeless and rough sleeping; often hidden and isolated.

We don't give up

The work that we do is ongoing, with no time limitations

We recognise that working towards sustainable positive change may be a long, rocky road and that along the way there will be many setbacks. When needed we will continue to work with an individual if they move into accommodation as they may struggle with the transition from homelessness to being a tenant.

How we work

We work on an outreach basis

All our services are delivered on an outreach basis directly on the streets, ensuring that we are supporting those individuals who are homeless and may not be engaging with other services.

How you can support us

Fundraise

As an independent charity we need to raise all our own funds. Your support really does make all the difference and allows us to continue to provide support to some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
